hullo people, its me again, doing some random posting. but i hope that this will give ye all some well, motivation, inspiration as well as determination.

its about Team Hoyt, in case you're wondering, its a father and son team who takes part in triathlons, marathons and ironmen triathlons. the son has cerebral palasy who can't walk and talks through his limited head motions, but one day, he turns to his dad and asks : "Dad, can i take part in a triathlon?". incredulous as it may seem, he managed to do it. 929 times.
